300 DEFINITIONS OF EMPLOYEES RECOGNIZED. 1-301 Director A Director is one who directs the production of motion pictures, as the word "direct" is commonly used in the motion picture industry. The fact that the Director may also render services as a Producer and/or Writer or in any other capacity shall not take him or her out of the classification as a Director, with reference to any work he or she performs as a Director, and during the period of such work.
