Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).
Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.
Training Services Fiserv shall provide training, training aids, user manuals, and other documentation for Client's use as Fiserv finds necessary to enable Client personnel to become familiar with Fiserv Services. If requested by Client, classroom training in the use and operation of Fiserv Services will be provided at a training facility designated by Fiserv. All such training aids and manuals remain Fiserv's property.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
Training and Support Distributor shall train and support its personnel or subcontractors for the satisfactory completion of its obligations under this Agreement. Supplier will assist in training by furnishing Distributor with English training literature. Supplier may, at his sole discretion, provide Distributor with his own personnel for training.
State Specific Contract Form Observe the state of the Seller on the Contract, if the Seller lists an address in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Montana, Connecticut, Vermont, Louisiana or Mississippi, confirm the form number on the Contract is on the List of Approved Contract Forms, for the corresponding state. Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.
Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.
Specific Services Without limiting the generality of the Services to be provided as set forth above, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that Consultant will provide the following specific services:
Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.
