A Bargaining. Unit Member so notified shall have the opportunity to appear before the Board to respond to the allegations prior to official Board action. This meeting shall be in executive session or public at the Bargaining Unit Member’s discretion. The Bargaining Unit Member may have an Association representative of his/her choice to help represent him/her at this meeting with the Board.
