Level II - Superintendent. If the aggrieved is not satisfied with the suggestion for resolution received in Level I, he/she may within five (5) days of receipt of such written response, submit his/her written grievance to the Superintendent and request a meeting to discuss the grievance. The meeting shall be within five (5) days of the request. The meeting shall be conducted in a manner as stated in Level I. Within five (5) days of the meeting, the Superintendent shall provide the aggrieved with a written response stating his/her position and suggestion for resolution of the grievance.

Level II - Superintendent. 1. Within five (5) Days after receiving the decision of the Immediate Supervisor, the Grievant may appeal to the Superintendent. The appeal shall be accompanied by a copy of the decision reached at Level I and the Immediate Supervisor shall be notified of the appeal. 2. Within fifteen (15) Days after delivery of the appeal, the Superintendent or designee shall communicate a decision in writing, together with supporting reasons, to the Grievant, his/her representative, if any, the Immediate Supervisor, and the Association. During the first five (5) Days of the fifteen (15) Days, the Grievant may request a meeting to discuss the Grievance with the Superintendent. The Superintendent shall meet with the Grievant and the Grievant may have the Association representative present.
Level II - Superintendent. 15.3.3.1 If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance by his or her supervisor, he or she may forward the written grievance to the Superintendent for review. 15.3.3.2 If the grievant does not appeal the proposed resolution of the grievance by his or her supervisor within ten (10) days after the receipt of the written decision, the grievance shall be considered resolved. 15.3.3.3 Within ten (10) days after receipt of the written grievance by the Superintendent, the Superintendent or his designee shall meet with the grievant and his or her representative (if he or she desires) in an attempt to resolve the matter. 15.3.3.4 Within five (5) days after this conference the Superintendent shall present the grievant with his written decision regarding the grievance.
Level II - Superintendent. In the event the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level I, the decision may be appealed, in writing, to the Superintendent within ten (10) days. This statement should include a copy of the original grievance, the decision rendered, and clear concise statements of the reasons for appeal. The Superintendent shall respond within ten (10) days. The Superintendent may request a personal conference within the above time

If the aggrieved party is to be accompanied by legal counsel, the Superintendent shall be notified at least ten (10) workdays in advance to permit the Superintendent to be advised by legal counsel if the Superintendent so chooses. The Superintendent shall give a written decision within ten (10) work days following the conclusion of the meeting on the Grievant matter.

B. The hearing shall be within ten (10) days of the request. C. Within ten (10) days of the hearing, the superintendent shall provide the aggrieved with a written response stating his/her position and suggestion for resolution of the grievance.

If agreement between the Superintendent and the Association and grievant is reached, it will be final. Such agreement will be in writing, signed by the Superintendent, and will be provided to the aggrieved and the Association President. c. If agreement is not reached between the Superintendent and the Association and grievant, the Superintendent shall provide the aggrieved and the Association President with a response stating his/her position on the grievance. Said written response will be provided within five (5) days of the Level II grievance meeting.

Level II - Superintendent. If the matter is not resolved to the grievant’s satisfaction, he/she must present the written grievance to the Superintendent within ten (10) days after receipt of the building principal’s written answer. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the written grievance, the Superintendent and the grievant with Association representation shall hold a meeting to discuss the grievance. The Superintendent shall provide a written answer to the grievant within five (5) days of the meeting. The grievant has 5 days to respond in writing to the Superintendent as to his/her decision to continue or cancel the grievance. Failure to do so will automatically cancel the grievance.

Failure of the aggrieved to proceed within the specified time limits to the next level of the procedure shall mean the grievance has been resolved by the suggestion for resolution stated in the previous level. The meeting shall be within seven (7) days of receipt of the request. The meeting shall be conducted in a manner as stated in Level I. Within seven (7) days of the date of the meeting, the Superintendent shall provide the aggrieved with a written response stating his position and suggestion for resolution of the grievance. Failure of the Superintendent to respond in the time limit stated shall mean the relief sought as stated in the previous level of the proceedings shall be implemented.
Level II - Superintendent. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I, or if no decision has been rendered within seven (7) days after presentation of the grievance, then the grievance may be referred to the Superintendent. The Superintendent shall arrange for a meeting with the grievant to take place within seven (7) days after receipt of the referral. Upon conclusion of the meeting, the Superintendent shall have seven (7) days to provide the grievant with a written decision.
