A Commercial General Liability. ADV shall maintain at its sole cost and expense Commercial General Liability insurance (“CGL”) coverage for bodily injury and death, property damage, and personal injury liability with limits at a minimum of one million ($1,000,000.00) dollars per occurrence covering all claims which may arise from or out of ADV’s performance of this MOU.
