A Dispatcher who directly dispatches an emergency incident response for an incident which the City deems a “critical incident” (e.g., death of responder or a child, suicide while on the line with the dispatcher) may request to use up to two (2) continuous days of accrued sick leave as Critical Incident Leave due to the effects of their direct involvement in dispatching the emergency response. Employees requesting Critical Incident Leave must use accrued sick leave within twenty- four (24) hours of the incident in question and request that up to two (2) continuous days of said leave be Critical Incident Leave. The Safety Director, or his/her designee, shall have discretion to determine whether the incident in question constitutes a Critical Incident and whether the employee’s involvement in the incident qualifies them for Critical Incident Leave under this Section. No more than two Dispatchers shall be eligible for leave under this provision with respect to any Critical Incident, unless the City determines otherwise in its sole discretion. If granted, designation of sick leave as Critical Incident Leave will not affect a Dispatcher’s eligibility for the Sick Leave Bonus provisions of Article 20 of this Agreement. The City and the OPBA agree that this is a new provision and that they will cooperate to ensure that it is applied so as to implement its purpose. The City and the OPBA agree that this benefit applies only to specific, defined circumstances, is not to be broadly applied, and must not be abused.

Verizon local calling areas shall be as defined by Verizon. For the purposes of this definition, a Verizon local calling area includes a Verizon non-optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement, but does not include a Verizon optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement. Calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis, are not considered Measured Internet Traffic. For the avoidance of any doubt, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic) (as defined in the Interconnection Attachment) does not constitute Measured Internet Traffic.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

  • How to Obtain Warranty Service The Warranty Holder must inspect the Flooring for Manufacturing Defects caused by improper milling, grading, staining, and coating, and report any such defects to Cali Bamboo, prior to installation of the Flooring. To obtain warranty service, the Warranty Holder must contact Cali Bamboo’s Customer Experience Department: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ 000- 000-0000. Warranty claims must be received within 30 calendar days after the Warranty Holder identifies the Manufacturing Defect or other basis for a warranty claim. To be covered under this Cali Bamboo limited warranty, the Warranty Holder must provide documentation of sales order and proof that the Flooring was properly installed in accordance with the Installation Guide (defined below). Cali Bamboo reserves the right to retain a certified and independent National Wood Flooring Association inspector (“NWFA Inspector”) to verify the Warranty Holder’s warranty claims. The determination of the NWFA Inspector regarding the warranty claim is not binding on either Cali Bamboo or on the Warranty Holder. A determination that does not verify the warranty claim shall not affect the Warranty Holder’s right to submit its claim to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the Arbitration Agreement (as defined in Cali Bamboo’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase). The performance of the inspection, however, if requested by Xxxx Xxxxxx and assuming that Xxxx Xxxxxx advances the full cost of the inspection as described above, is a requirement for the Warranty Holder to submit a warranty claim to arbitration under the Arbitration Agreement.   • Print Mail The Fund hereby engages PFPC as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Fund and PFPC.

Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.
