A Project Development Schedule. The Project Consultant shall prepare a schedule of services (Project Development Schedule) in compliance with Project Schedule and for approval by the Owner. Such schedule shall show activities including but not limited to Project Consultant efforts and Owner and Construction Manager reviews and approvals required to complete services. This schedule shall initially be submitted to Owner and Construction Manager for approval within twenty-one (21) days of execution of this Agreement. As a condition of payment, Project Consultant will submit with each invoice a copy of the approved schedule showing progress (indicated by percentage complete) as of the invoice cutoff date and a forecast of when each phase of Project Consultant's work will be complete. No subsequent payment shall be made if Project Consultant has not obtained approval of his work schedule, the schedule is not updated, or a forecast is not submitted with each invoice (provided that Owner conducts its review promptly and does not withhold its approval unreasonably). The project development schedules shall set forth in detail the following: .1 Include all activities known at this stage of the project's development including any projected or preliminary requirements for moving portables, relocating classrooms, removing and storing furniture, hazardous material abatement, work by the Owner, work by separate Construction Managers/Contractors, on-site utilities and equipment and any other activities that may impact construction of the project (including offsite work and related site reviews, permitting, etc.). .2 Prepare in a bar chart format, or other format as required by the Owner, which may be further developed and updated for submittal during subsequent phases of the Basic Services. .3 The Project Consultant shall not be permitted to deviate from the milestones indicated on the Project Schedule without specific written authorization from the Owner (Attachment 1 of this Agreement).

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Contractor will not be relieved from compliance with any of its obligations under the Contract or otherwise at law or in equity as a result of: the implementation of, and compliance with, the requirements of any Project Plan; any direction by the Contract Administrator concerning a Project Plan or the Contractor's compliance or non-compliance with a Project Plan; any audit or other monitoring by the Contract Administrator or anyone else acting on behalf of the Commonwealth of the Contractor's compliance with a Project Plan; or any failure by the Contract Administrator, or anyone else acting on behalf of the Commonwealth, to detect any defect in or omission from a Project Plan including where any such failure arises from any negligence on the part of the Contract Administrator or other person.

  • Project Design Applicants must design a project that provides access to health services to enable eligible women and men experiencing health needs to secure and maintain safe and accessible quality screening and diagnostic services, comprehensive family planning, and/ or other women’s health services. A. Applicants are encouraged to emphasize the following components in the design of their projects. Projects must: 1. To be effective, services and activities provided or made available as part of the Proposed Project should have policies and procedures in place and include with the application as an attachment that: 1. Delineate the timely provision of services; 2. Deem Client eligibility and service provision as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days from initial request; 3. Require staff to assess and prioritize Client needs; 4. Implement with model fidelity to an evidence-based program or based upon best available research; 5. Plan in partnership with the person and are inclusive; 6. Provide in an environment that is most appropriate and based on a person’s preference including reasonable clinic/reception wait times that are not a barrier to care; 7. Provide referral sources for Clients that cannot be served or receive a specific service; 8. Are culturally and linguistically sensitive; 9. Tailor services to a person’s unique strengths and needs; 10. Manage funds to ensure established Clients continuity of care throughout budget year; 11. Continue to provide services to established Clients after allocated funds are expended; 12. Have processes to identify and eliminate possible barriers to care; 13. Do not deny services due to inability to pay; 14. Have appropriate key personnel and required staff to meet the medical and health needs of Clients; 15. Bill services appropriately and timely through TMHP; 16. Effectively communicate and document information related to health care needs with next steps available to Client; 17. Establish outreach and education plan for the community; and 18. Outline successful delivery of direct clinical services to Clients By submitting an Application under this RFA, the Applicant certifies that Applicant has or will have at time of grant award services, policies, or procedures that conform with the requirements in this section as applicable. HHSC, in its sole discretion, may request to review relevant documentation during the project period as necessary to ensure program fidelity.
