(a) - Purpose and Scope of the Committee Responsibilities. The Health Care Review Committee will meet as needed, at the request of the Director of Human Resources and the Health Care Review Committee Chairperson, to exchange ideas and to evaluate health coverages. The Committee, in its advisory capacity, may make recommendations to the Administration as to the following: A. Health coverage costs. B. New and different benefit offerings. C. Plan designs. D. Cost containment measures. E. Internal health care educational communications. F. By mutual agreement, other areas of health benefit coverage not specifically specified above. In order for the Committee to carry out its responsibilities, appropriate financial utilization data that the Administration possesses, or may readily obtain, will be shared with the Committee upon request.
