A Term. The term of Employee’s employment pursuant to this Agreement is for the one (1) year period commencing on the date hereof and terminating on the first anniversary of such date (the “Term”), or upon the date of earlier termination of employment pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement.
A Term. Subject to and upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, or in any exhibit or addendum hereto, this lease shall continue in force for a term of one year, beginning on the 1st of March, 1998. This Lease will expire on February 28, 1999.
A Term. The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on July 1, 1996, (the "Effective Date") and terminate five (5) calendar years from the Effective Date on December 31, 2001. The Joint Venture shall automatically renew for additional one year terms unless written notice of termination is give in accordance with section 6.B, below.
A Term. The Parties agree that the term of this Agreement (hereinafter “Term”) shall commence upon the Effective Date and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, shall continue to be in effect for one (1) year from the Effective Date. The Term shall automatically be extended for further periods of one (1) year each, unless either Party serves written notice to the other Party at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original Term or any extended Term that the Term shall not be extended according to this Section 11.a.
A Term. This Agreement shall be effective on the latest date of execution hereof (the “Effective Date”). The Initial Term of this Agreement shall be two (2) years, commencing on July 18, 2019 (the “Service Start Date”). Thereafter, the term may be extended annually for additional one (1) year terms, if both parties provides written notice of their desire for such extension by personal delivery, express mail or certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the two (2) year Term or any subsequent renewal term.
A Term. The Term of this Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall terminate upon the termination of the Services Agreement or on the date Plan terminates this Agreement for cause as authorized in subsection (b) of this Section 5, whichever is sooner.
A Term. This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date, and shall continue for an initial term of two years.
