Roll-Off Container. A metal container that is normally loaded onto a motor 434 vehicle and transported to an appropriate facility.
Roll-Off Container. A metal container that must be loaded on a collection vehicle. Roll-off containers may have capacities up to forty (40) cubic yards. All Roll-off containers must have a visible and legible serial number, have reflectors at each outside corner, and be watertight. Upon request, FRANCHISEE shall provide customers with a cover, such as a tarp, for all Roll-Off Containers to prevent storm water intrusion into the roll-off container.
Roll-Off Container. A metal container with a capacity to hold up to forty (40) cubic yards of Construction and Demolition Debris that is normally loaded onto a motor vehicle and transported to an appropriate facility.
Roll-Off Container. Large collection container with open or closed top that can be rolled onto the back of a truck. Generally, in excess of 20 cubic yards capacity. Rubbish – All nonputrescrible solid waste including wood products, tree trimmings, grass cuttings, dead plants, weeds, leaves, sawdust, printed matter, paper, pasteboard, rags, straw, used and discarded clothing, used and discarded shoes and boots, and other products such as are used for packing, or wrapping crockery and glass, ashes, cinders, floor sweepings, glass, mineral or metallic substances, and any and all other waste materials not included in the definition of Construction Debris, Garbage or Hazardous Waste. Solid Waste – Useless, unwanted or discarded materials with insufficient liquid content to be free flowing, that results from domestic, industrial, commercial, agricultural, governmental and community operations, which require proper storage, collection, transportation and disposal to prevent environmental pollution unfavorable to public health, safety and welfare.
Roll-Off Container. A metal container with a capacity of twenty (20) or more cubic yards that is normally loaded onto a motor vehicle and transported to an appropriate facility.
Roll-Off Container. “Roll-off Container” means a large container with a capacity of ten (10), 394 twenty (20), thirty (30), or forty (40) cubic yards that is loaded onto a specialized Collection Vehicle.

A unit of measure for weight equivalent to two 292 thousand (2,000) standard pounds where each pound contains sixteen (16) ounces. 293 1.31 Transformation Facility. A permitted facility used for the incineration, 294 pyrolysis, distillation, gasification, or biological conversion other than composting of 295 Municipal Solid Waste.
Roll-Off Container. Container provided to a Commercial Unit by Contractor measuring 20 cubic yard, 30 yards or 40 cubic yards, intended for high-volume refuse generating Commercial Units, and capable of pickup and transport to a landfill by loading of container onto rear of transporting vehicle.
