Abiding by the Law. 1.2.1. Merchant hereby represents and warrants that it shall comply with all the applicable laws, regulations, legal requirements, and generally accepted industry standards and self-regulatory principles including laws related to marketing, packaging, consumer and product safety, product testing, labeling, pricing and packaging (hereinafter referred to as “Applicable Laws”), in connection with this Agreement.
Abiding by the Law. The Employer and the Union agree that safe work practices shall be governed by the requirements set out in the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations, and not this Agreement.
Abiding by the Law. You will (and you represent and warrant that you will) comply with all applicable “Laws” (meaning all applicable laws, regulations, legal requirements, and generally accepted industry standards and self-regulatory principles), including Laws related to marketing, packaging, consumer and product safety, product testing, labeling, pricing and packaging, in connection with this Agreement; your use of the SPANTIK Marketplace, the SPANTIK Services, and the SPANTIK Tools, and your marketing, promotion, offering for sale, or selling any Products through SPANTIK. Upon SPANTIK’s request, you will promptly provide SPANTIK with (i) certificates of authenticity (or similar documentation) for Products, (ii) documentation (e.g. email verifications from the brand owner or supplier) showing that you have a legal right to sell the Products through the SPANTIK Sites, (iii) documentation (e.g. email verifications from applicable rights holders) showing that you are licensed or otherwise have a right to use any Retailer Product Content (as defined below), and (iv) written certification from an officer of Retailer stating that you have complied with any of your obligations under this Agreement, including, for example and without limitation, compliance with SLAs, consumer product safety laws, and authenticity of Products.

You will (and you represent and warrant that you will) comply with all applicable “Laws” (meaning all applicable laws, regulations, legal requirements, and generally accepted industry standards and self-regulatory principles), including Laws related to marketing, packaging, consumer and product safety, product testing, labeling, and pricing in connection with this Agreement; your use of the Xxxxxxx.xxx Marketplace, the Xxxxxxx.xxx Services, and the Xxxxxxx.xxx Tools, and your marketing, promotion, offering for sale, or selling any Products through the Xxxxxxx.xxx Marketplace. Upon Xxxxxxx.xxx’s request, you will promptly provide Xxxxxxx.xxx with (i) certificates of authenticity (or similar documentation) for Products, (ii) documentation (e.g. email verifications from the brand owner or supplier) showing that you have a legal right to sell the Products through the Xxxxxxx.xxx Sites, (iii) documentation (e.g. email verifications from applicable rights holders) showing that you are licensed or otherwise have a right to use any Retailer Product Content (as defined below), and (iv) any other information or documentation requested by Xxxxxxx.xxx.
