Academic Responsibility. University shall have exclusive control over all academic issues involving the Programs, which shall include, without limitation: selection of course content and required textbooks; delivery of instructional programs; selection and approval of faculty; admission, registration, and retention of Interns; evaluation of Interns’ prior experience and education; evaluation of Interns’ academic progress; scheduling courses; awarding academic credit; and conferring degrees.
