Eligible Expenses Eligible expenses for the Project shall be determined in accordance with the accounting principles identified in §2.20.5 NMAC, and may only be used to cover expenses incurred during the period of performance and for allowable closeout costs incurred during the grant closeout process. The Grant shall not be used for research and development (R&D), or indirect costs. A non-exhaustive list of eligible expenses includes: 1. Applicable Expense Limit To the extent that the ordinary operating expenses incurred by the Fund in any fiscal year, including but not limited to investment advisory fees of the Advisor, but excluding interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, other investment-related costs and extraordinary expenses, such as litigation and other expenses not incurred in the ordinary course of the Fund’s business (“Fund Operating Expenses”), exceed the Operating Expense Limit, as defined in Section 1.2 below, such excess amount (the “Excess Amount”) shall be the liability of the Advisor to the extent set forth in this Agreement.
Reimbursable Expenses If the Compensation Table set forth in Attachment C of this Approved Service Order states that the City will reimburse the Consultant for expenses, then only the expenses identified in Subsection 10.5.3 of the Master Agreement are Reimbursable Expenses unless the following box is marked and additional reimbursable expenses are set forth: In addition to the expenses identified in Subsection 10.5.3 of the Master Agreement, the following expenses are Reimbursable Expenses: 3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional reimbursable expense(s) set forth in the above table will be disregarded if the Compensation Table states that the City will not reimburse the Consultant for any expenses.
