Acceptance of Final Design, Project Schedule. Annual Contract Quantity and Termination Payment Schedule. Within [thirty (30)] Days (or such longer period as may be agreed by the Parties) following receipt of the Revised Design, Project Schedule, Annual Contract Quantity and Termination Payment Schedule as provided in Section 4.1(e), Purchaser shall provide Seller with either (A) Notice accepting such documents, or (B) Notice explaining why Purchaser does not accept such documents and providing comments. The procedures described in this Section 4.1(f) shall be repeated as necessary until Purchaser has accepted the Revised Design, Project Schedule, Annual Contract Quantity, and Termination Payment Schedule. Upon Purchaser’s Notice to Seller accepting the Revised Design (whereupon such Revised Design shall be considered the “Final Design”), Project Schedule, Annual Contract Quantity, and Termination Payment Schedule, such documents shall be deemed final and binding on the Parties, and Schedule 2 (System Description), Schedule 4 (Project Schedule), Schedule 6 (Annual Contract Quantity) and Schedule 13 (Termination Payment Schedule), in the forms approved by Purchaser, shall be amended and attached to this Agreement. Each of the foregoing Schedules, including the Final Design, may be amended only upon the written approval of the Parties.

  • Final Design Phase A. After acceptance by Owner of the Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of probable Construction Cost as determined in the Preliminary Design Phase, and/or any other Right of Way plan documents, subject to any Owner-directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer shall:

  • Preliminary Design Phase During the Preliminary Design Phase, the CONSULTANT shall, if requested by the CITY and accepted by the CONSULTANT as part of a Services Authorization:

  • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Design Professional to Design Work The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to design and to prepare the Contract Documents, a copy of which shall be furnished to the Contractor upon request. The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to designate a readily accessible representative (either on Site or by computer, phone or fax or otherwise) who shall have authority promptly to render decisions and to furnish information required of the Design Professional.

  • Schematic Design Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE

  • Construction Progress Schedule; Overall Project Schedule The Contractor shall submit for review by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner a Construction Progress Schedule based upon the Design Professional’s Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and prepared using a CPM (Critical Path Method) process within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, utilizing a full-featured software package in a form satisfactory to the Design Professional and Owner, showing the dates for commencement and completion of the Work required by the Contract Documents, including coordination of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines, as well as coordination of the various subdivisions of the Work within the Contract. Milestones must be clearly indicated and sequentially organized to identify the critical path of the Project. The Construction Schedule will be developed to represent the CSI specification divisions. It shall have the minimum number of activities required to adequately represent to the Owner the complete scope of Work and define the Project’s (and each Phase’s if phased) critical path and associated activities. The format of the Construction Progress Schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, inspections for Material Completion and Occupancy Date, and Final Completion Date. The Contractor shall submit, along with the Construction Progress Schedule, the Submittal Schedule for approval by the Design Professional, correlating the associated approval dates for the documents with the Construction Progress Schedule. Upon recommendation by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner, the Construction Progress Schedule shall become the Overall Project Schedule, which shall be utilized by the Design Professional, Owner and Contractor. The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations, including approved change orders. See also Article 3.3.5.

  • Final Certificate, Design Professional’s Certificate of Final Completion The Certificate issued by the Design Professional stating that all work has been completed in accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents. See Section 6,

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.
