Acceptance/ Rejection of bids. AAI reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract without assigning any reason whatsoever and without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders due to AAI's action on any grounds whatsoever. The documentation submitted by tenderers shall not be returned.

Acceptance/ Rejection of bids. 3.11.1 EdCIL reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. 3.11.2 EdCIL based on the requirement without assigning any reason to the Bidder may split work/Scope/Bid offer in stages or in parts according to the need of work for ease of execution of work. 3.11.3 EdCIL reserves right to take decision according to requirement and no claim on whatsoever ground shall be entertained from the bidder.
Acceptance/ Rejection of bids. Puget Sound Fire reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor irregularities in any bids or in the bidding procedure, and to accept any bid presented which meets or exceeds these specifications and which the Governing Board of Puget Sound Fire deems to be in the best interest of Puget Sound Fire. The Governing Board reserves the right to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder taking into consideration the interests of Puget Sound Fire and participating agencies as a whole. This may or may not be the bid with the low bid price.

  • ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION a. Buyer shall accept the Services or give Seller notice of rejection within a reasonable time after the date of delivery. No payment, prior test, inspection, passage of title, any failure or delay in performing any of the foregoing, or failure to discover any defect or other nonconformance shall relieve Seller of any obligations under this Contract or impair any rights or remedies of Buyer. b. If Seller delivers defective or non-conforming Services, Buyer may at its option and at Seller's expense: (i) require Seller to promptly reperform, correct or replace the Services; (ii) correct the Services; or (iii) obtain replacement Services from another source. Return to Seller of defective or non-conforming Services and redelivery to Buyer of corrected or replaced Services shall be at Seller's expense. c. Seller shall not redeliver corrected or rejected Services without disclosing the former rejection or requirement for correction. Seller shall disclose any corrective action taken. All repair, replacement and other correction and redelivery shall be completed as Buyer may reasonably direct.

  • Acceptance or Rejection All Goods, Services, and Deliverables are subject to acceptance by the JBE. The JBE may reject any Goods, Services or Deliverables that (i) fail to meet applicable acceptance criteria, (ii) are not as warranted, or (iii) are performed or delivered late (without prior consent by the JBE).   • Acceptance Procedure Lessor hereby authorizes one or more employees of the related Lessee, to be designated by such Lessee, as the authorized representative or representatives of Lessor to accept delivery on behalf of Lessor of that Leased Property identified on the applicable Funding Request.
