Access Control Cards. Landlord shall have the right to institute and or continue the use of access control systems and/or procedures at the Building and/or Project that may include the provision of personal access control cards to individual employees of Tenant. In such event, any such cards shall be personal to each particular employee, and Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord in order to ensure that such cards are used by employees of Tenant only, and are not transferred to any other persons. Tenant shall additionally comply with any other reasonable requirements instituted or already used by Landlord in connection with such systems or procedures.

Access Control Cards. In accepting a PLRRA access control card (the card), the Member accepts: (a) The card is issued to the Member, but remains at all times the property of the Pauanui Lakes Resort Resident’s Association Inc. (b) The bond value will be held whilst the card is issued to a Member. Any bond paid by the Member will be repaid upon return of all issued cards to the PLRRA. (c) The card is not to be given to any other person, apart from guests using rental accommodation, immediate family or guests of the Member. (d) Should the Member lose or misplace the card, it is the Member’s responsibility to notify the PLRRA Manager as soon possible so a new card can be issued and the old card cancelled. (e) The card should be returned in a working condition without damage to receive a full bond refund. (f) The PLRRA stores electronic records of all Members movements for the purposes of maintaining security. All records remain confidential between the Member and PLRRA. (g) Under normal circumstances all access controlled points shall remain electronically locked 24/7 and only accessed by valid cards. Under special circumstances the PLRRA Committee reserves the right to electronically unlock access controlled points without prior notification to Members. (h) The PLRRA Committee reserves the right to issue cards to individuals or companies who are not Members, but are trades people, service personnel or others. In this instance the card will be valid for the period of their public liability insurance. (i) The PLRRA reserves the right to temporarily “suspend” the use of an issued card if any such monies are outstanding or for a breach of the PLRRA rules.

  • Access Control Supplier will maintain an appropriate access control policy that is designed to restrict access to Accenture Data and Supplier assets to authorized Personnel. Supplier will require that all accounts have complex passwords that contain letters, numbers, and special characters, be changed at least every 90 days, and have a minimum length of 8 characters.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.

As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.
