Installation Procedure. BRUTELE will apply the Installation and acceptance procedure as described in “Appendix I: General Terms and Conditions” of the Co-Mingling Agreement.
Installation Procedure. 1. Pipe extensions shall be placed through the new concrete wall at the base and at higher points of entry, such as drop inlets, to maintain flows during the procedure.
2. The form shall be sized and erected to conform to the existing interior dimensions and shape. The space between the forms and the existing wall shall be 3 inches. The finished opening shall have a minimum diameter of 20 inches.
3. The form shall be positioned, sealed and finished at the manhole base to ensure concrete does not enter the sewer.
4. The concrete shall be carefully placed from the bottom up in such a manner as to prevent segregation of the cement and aggregate. The concrete shall be consolidated to fill all pockets, seams and cracks within the existing wall.
5. When the concrete has sufficiently cured to preclude slump or damage, the form shall be disassembled and removed.
6. The plastic liner shall be fitted securely to the exterior of the steel forms during their erection within the manhole. When the forms are removed, any joints in the liner shall be welded and tested.
7. For corrosion resistance, the manhole bench shall receive an overlay of fast setting epoxy such as Carboguard A-788 Splash Zone Mastic as manufactured by Carboline Industries, St. Louis MO or Raven 405FS as manufactured by Raven Lining Systems, Tulsa, OK. Epoxy shall be applied at a uniform thickness of 125mils (1/4 inch) to all bench surfaces.
8. At the frame and cover, a flexible chimney seal shall be attached or applied to the upper 3” portion of the plastic liner and the lower 3” portion of the prepared frame.
9. All pipe, and other, penetrations shall be sealed using Carboguard A-788 Splash Zone Mastic as manufactured by Carboline industries, St. Louis MO.
10. All edges of the plastic liner shall be continuously sealed with Carboguard A-788 Splash Zone Mastic.
Installation Procedure. 10.1 All work associated with an Installation must be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards and specifications. All Separable Components used in the provision of MCI Service shall have been purchased new for MCI Service under this Agreement.

1007.3.1.5 All joints between metal surface and masonry shall be fully caulked to ensure weather tightness.
1007.3.1.6 Sliding type door panel shall be equipped with concealed roller overhead tracks with bottom guide.
1007.3.1.7 Double action type door panel shall be ~quipped with heavy duty hinges that will control the door leaf in a close or open position.
1007.3.1.8 Weather-strip shall be furnished on edges at the meeting xxxxxx of doors.
1007.3.1.9 Where aluminum is to be in contact with steel concrete cinder, block, tile, plaster or other similar masonry construction the aluminum surface shall be back pain-xxx before erection with a bituminous paint.

3.1.4 Sliding windows shall be provided with nylon sheave. Sliding panels shall be suspended with concealed roller overhead tracks with bottom guide pitch outward and slotted for complete drainage. The sliding panels shall be provided with interior handles. The locking device shall be a spring loaded extruded latch that automatically engage~ special frame hips.

9.2. After completion of work associated with an Installation, SiriCOMM shall insure that the exterior of components and the surrounding areas are clean and that all discarded parts, supplies and other waste is removed from the premises.
9.3. In the event it is foreseen that an Installation cannot be met or an Installation is not completed by the Installation date, SiriCOMM shall use Best Efforts to resolve the problem.
9.4. During Installation, SiriCOMM will perform a test procedure to verify that the SiriCOMM Service through the Router/Hub Port at the site meets Test and Acceptance criteria. The Test and Acceptance criteria are to be determined and mutually agreed upon by both parties and included as Attachment to this agreement. The testing methodology may change from time to time to accommodate an improvement or efficiency in applicable technology. 9.5.
