Access time. Licensee's right to use and possess the PHL Seats is not continuous and, except as otherwise provided in writing by Club, will be limited to the time periods before, during and after such Games and Events for which the Venue is open to the public, as determined in Club’s sole discretion and for which Licensee has access to the PHL Seats in accordance with this Agreement.
Access time. A maximum of fifteen minutes may be spent at the Storage Facility. An extension must be requested in advance. Exceeding and exten- ding this time will be billed based on “man hours”.
