Access to Campus. Any duly designated representative or counsel of the Union shall have access to the University's premises to consult with Employees, Union officials or the Employer.
Access to Campus. GEO/Local 2322/UAW staff representatives and officers will be permitted access to employees' workspaces for the performance of official Union business, provided that there is no disruption of University operations and no interference with the assignment and direction of employees, nor with the discharge of any employee's duties and responsibilities. Requests for access by staff representatives, who are not also graduate students, will be made in advance and will not be unreasonably denied. GEO/Local 2322/UAW will furnish the University with a list of staff representatives and officers.
Access to Campus. With prior notification to the Vice President for Human Resources or designee, a Union representative may be present on University property to attend to matters related to the administration of this Agreement. Any Union representative must sign-in with campus security upon arrival to the campus.

  • Access to NID 2.17.3.1 TWTC may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and TWTC shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID:
