No Disruption. Project Co shall perform the Services so as to co-ordinate with the Authority's operations on the [relevant] Site and/or Facilities and shall take all reasonable care to ensure that it does not interfere with the operations of the Authority or any Authority Party.

No Disruption. The Union agrees that when conducting union business pursuant to Articles 1.11 and 1.12 there shall be no disruption to the regular working day.
No Disruption. User will ensure that Event set-up, conduct, and clean-up will not interfere with or otherwise disrupt The Center’s activities or other activities at the building.
No Disruption. Except for any one-time charge set forth in Attachment 4 hereto, Contractor shall perform all of its obligations pursuant to this Section at Contractor’s sole expense. Contractor shall implement the Migration Plan, provide all Contractor labor resources necessary to implement the Migration Plan and perform all tasks in accordance with the approved Migration Plan schedule, so that there is no disruption or discontinuity caused with respect to the operations of the State or applicable public Agency, to the extent practicable.
