ACCESS TO DIGITAL BANKING Sample Clauses

ACCESS TO DIGITAL BANKING. You may access Digital Banking and its Services through your computer, Mobile Devices and also through financial management software you may have obtained independently through a Service Provider. To use Digital Banking, you need your login ID, password and required hardware and software (as described in more detail on xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx). You are responsible for installation, maintenance, and operation of any computer or Mobile Device you use to access Digital Banking and any of its Services. We do not provide any warranties that you will be able to access Digital Banking from a foreign country, especially if you are attempting to access Digital Banking through a Mobile Device. You acknowledge and understand that you may be assessed fees by your Internet provider or mobile Service Provider when you access Digital Banking, and the Bank is not responsible for payment of these fees. Certain Digital Banking Services may not be available through desktop or mobile.

ACCESS TO DIGITAL BANKING. 6.1. Pave Bank grants Digital Banking access to the Customer, User or authorized representatives through Customer Authentication procedure established by Pave Bank. 6.2. Any person having successfully passed the authentication process is deemed to be a legitimate user (“Userˮ) with the right to use Digital Banking. Within the framework and scope of the Digital Banking services selected by the Customer from time to time, the User may in particular access and dispose over the accounts or custody accounts of the Customer, issue orders or instructions as well as request, receive and accept information and communications by Pave Bank without further verification of its eligibility and, if different from the Customer, irrespective of the Userʼs legal relationship with the Customer or its corporate powers with respect to the Customer. 6.3. The Customer unconditionally accepts to be bound by any acts, including all transactions on its accounts or custody accounts or with respect to digital assets held by Pave Bank in digital asset custody storage, carried out by a Use through the use of Digital Banking. All orders, instructions and communications received by Pave Bank from a User through Digital Banking are deemed to have been issued and authorized by the Customer or its authorized representatives. 6.4. Pave Bank may in its discretion verify the identity of a User by means outside the Digital Banking authentication process (e.g. by phone), and may refuse or block access to Digital Banking, whether outright or with respect to specific services or functions, or refuse the acceptance or execution of orders or instructions issued via Digital Banking, without giving any reason.
