DIGITAL BANKING SERVICES. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we may permit you to perform the following actions or otherwise access or use the following services through Digital Banking: • View Account balances, transaction history, electronic statements, and posted check images; • Obtain information that we make available about your Accounts, including account alerts; • Allow other personal finance management software to access your Accounts; • Locate branches or automated teller machines with geolocation technology; • Manage debit cards issued on your Accounts; • Make transfers between your Accounts; • Make payments or request draws or disbursements on eligible loan or line of credit Accounts; • Make third party payments under the Bill Pay Service or the P2P Transfer Service (as defined below); • Deposit checks through Mobile Capture; or • Obtain other services or perform other transactions that we authorize or make available now or in the future

DIGITAL BANKING SERVICES. The Digital Banking Services provide you with the capability to access information, transmit and receive communications, and initiate transactions, and access Bill Payment Services, involving your Accounts with credit union and/or third parties through the online Digital Banking Services portal on the TTCU website. The Services consist of the functions (“Functions”) made available by us from time to time and as selected by you. You agree to utilize the Security Procedures when making use of the Services.
DIGITAL BANKING SERVICES. You may use Digital Banking to perform any of the following services designated by you or subsequently added by you as provided below: (a.) to transfer funds between any Deposit Accounts that are checking, savings or money market deposit accounts; (b.) to receive and download balance and transaction information for Accounts; (c.) to pay bills electronically from a Deposit Account that is checking account with unlimited checking privileges: (d.) to transfer funds between other deposit accounts at other financial institutions and JAXFCU; and (e.) to receive messages from and transmit message to the Credit Union all as described in this Agreement and the Digital Banking site. You may enroll Digital for access. You may cancel any service by contacting Member Service or by visiting any JAXFCU office. If after any sixty-day period of inactivity occurs, then we will automatically cancel your Digital Banking services. This may result in previous information you entered being deleted. We may or may not be able to restore your access for this information. As used in this Agreement, the term "electronic fund transfer or bill payment (Other than a bill payment made by check or other paper item), as these terms are defined below.
DIGITAL BANKING SERVICES. Upon approval, you may use your personal computer to access your accounts. You must use your unique user name along with your security code to access your accounts. The Digital Banking service is accessible seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day. However, from time to time, some or all of the Credit Union’s Digital Banking services may not be available due to system maintenance or unanticipated service interruptions. You will need a personal computer and a web browser. The Online address for the Digital Banking service is xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of your computer and modem. The Credit Union will not be responsible for any errors or failures involving any telephone service or your computer. At the present time, you may use the Digital Banking service to:  Transfer funds between your savings, money market, and checking accounts.  Transfer funds from your checking, savings, and money market accounts to a loan account.  Transfer funds from a line of credit to your checking, savings, or money market accounts.  Review account balance, and transaction history for checking, savings, and money market accounts.  Review information on your loan accounts.  Make bill payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service.  Make transfers to accounts at other financial institutions using our A2A service or P2P service.  Initiate wire transfers (requires separate agreement).  Initiate ACH transfers (requires separate agreement).  Order new checks for your checking account.  Access our Great Rewards redemption website  Apply for a credit card, auto, home equity or personal loanSecure email and chat services  Initiate loan payments from other financial institutions  Securely “share access “ with other users through the appropriate menu  Receive notifications and alerts  Co-Browsing through Digital Banking (View Only)  Access eStatements Transactions involving your deposit accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement and transactions involving a line of credit account will be subject to your Loan Agreement and Disclosures, as applicable.

DIGITAL BANKING SERVICES. A. GETTING STARTED To use Digital Banking, you must have: An Internet browser that supports 128 – bit encryption and all HTML5 standards used on any of the following operating systems: • Windows 7 or higher: • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and higher • Firefox 44 and higher • Chrome 48 and higher • Edge ( Windows 10 and higher ) • Mac OS 10.9 or higher: • Safari 8 and higher • Chrome 48 and higher • Any of the following mobile operating systems using the default browser( s ): • IOS 10 or higher. This Agreement does not apply to Santander’s Interactive Reporting and Initiation Services ( IRIS ). There is a separate app for the iPhone / iPod and the iPad. • Android Smartphones and Tablets OS 4.1 or higher. To use the Santander Personal Banking Application through a mobile device, you must: • Have either an iOS mobile device running iOS 8.0 or greater, or a mobile device running Android 4.0 or greater. • Download our mobile banking application. 7 Digital Banking Agreement
DIGITAL BANKING SERVICES. Digital Banking services include Online and Mobile App banking from any Internet-based device including personal computers, tablets, mobile devices, and smart watches. You can enroll for Digital Banking services either during or after the account opening process via xxxxxxxxx.xxx or through our Mobile App. To enroll, you must use your account number, PIN, and other personally identifiable information to enroll. Once you initially enroll, you will set up a unique user ID and password for future access. You can access Digital Banking seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day via the Internet, subject to maintenance or other causes. There may be times you are unable to process transactions if our system is offline. You may make unlimited Digital Banking transactions in any, one (1) day; however, there are certain limitations on transfers from savings or checking accounts. The Credit Union reserves the right at our sole discretion to refuse any transaction that would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available funds. Account balance and transaction history information may not show all activity involving your accounts. From time to time, we may add or remove Digital Banking services. When available, you may use Digital Banking to: • Transfer funds between your checking, savings, or loan accounts. • Transfer funds to other members’ accounts once set up. • Obtain your account balances. • Communicate with the Credit Union using Digital Banking messaging. • Establish and pay bills. • Transfer funds to and from an external checking or savings account as a bank-to-bank transfer. • Review account balance, transaction history, current rate, and tax information for any of your deposit accounts. • Make person-to-person payments. • Make mobile deposits. • Manage how and where you can use you debit and/or credit cards. • Manage contact information, password, and other login credentials including your secure access code (SAC). • Choose your preferred delivery for statements and account notices. If the account access to any Digital Banking service is conducted by or for a business member, or if the services are used for business purposes, the Credit Union will consider the service and account a business under this Agreement.
