Access to District Records. The District shall not deny the Faculty Association access to those District records and documents to which the Faculty Association is entitled under the California Educational Employment Relations Act set forth at California Government Code Section 3540, et seq.

Access to District Records. The Board will annually provide the Association, upon request, with regularly prepared public information. This will include, but not be limited to, the current annual financial report, the annual audit, the tentative budget, the adopted budget, staffing scattergram and pupil enrollment figures by grade and by school. Nothing in this paragraph requires the Board to prepare any information not regularly prepared and made available to the public. The Association will reimburse the Board at the rate of 15 cents per page for reproduction of any document other than those specifically referenced in this paragraph.
Access to District Records. SROs shall maintain the confidentiality of any information obtained pursuant to Title 19 of the Colorado Children’s Code and shall not disclose the information except as provided by law or court order. SROs shall maintain the confidentiality of District records and information in accordance with Parts 2 and 3, Article 72 of Title 24, Colorado Revised Statutes, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other federal or state laws, and District policies.
