Access to Employees. MSEA-SEIU shall have access to employees covered by this Agreement to carry out its legal responsibilities as a bargaining agent as provided for in this Article. Such access will be subject to the representative providing the appropriate State representative with advanced notice of the visit. Such access will not disrupt State operations or violate agency security procedures.
