Access to Long Service Leave. (a) Employees are entitled to access their accrued long service leave after completing sevenseven (7) years of continuous service. An employee is entitled to access subsequent leave, where that employee has an entitlement of four (4) weeks or more. All applications for leave will be in accordance with the provisions for taking of such leave.

After completing seven (7) years of continuous service, an employee is entitled to access subsequent leave, provided that employee has an accrued entitlement of at least four (4) weeks or more.
