Access To Numbers. 7.1 Where BellSouth provides Wholesale Switch Port Service or Wholesale Local Platform Services to CUSTOMER, BellSouth will provide CUSTOMER with online access to available telephone numbers as defined by, and in accordance with, applicable FCC rules and regulations on a first come first serve basis. CUSTOMER may designate up to a forecasted six (6) months supply of available numbers as intermediate (an available number provided to CUSTOMER) telephone numbers per rate center if the following conditions are met:
Access To Numbers. Each Party shall ensure that suppliers of public telecommunications services of the other Party established in its territory are afforded access to telephone numbers on a non-discriminatory basis.

  • Access to System If Business Associate needs access to a Covered Entity Information Technology system to comply with its obligations under the Contract or this Agreement, Business Associate shall request, review, and comply with any and all policies applicable to Covered Entity regarding such system including, but not limited to, any policies promulgated by the Office of Information Technology and available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/about/policies.
