Access To Numbers. 8.1 Where AT&T providesWholesale Switch Port Service or Wholesale Local Platform Services to CUSTOMER, AT&Twill provide CUSTOMERwiothnline access to avaailble telephone numbers as defined by, and in accordance with, applicable FCC rules and regulations on a first come first serve basis. CUSTOMER may designate up to a forecasted six (6) months supply of available numbers as intermediate(an available number provided to CUSTOMER) telephone numbers per rate center if the following conditions aremet:
Access To Numbers. 7.1 Where BellSouth provides Wholesale Switch Port Service or Wholesale Local Platform Services to CUSTOMER, BellSouth will provide CUSTOMER with online access to available telephone numbers as defined by, and in accordance with, applicable FCC rules and regulations on a first come first serve basis. CUSTOMER may designate up to a forecasted six (6) months supply of available numbers as intermediate (an available number provided to CUSTOMER) telephone numbers per rate center if the following conditions are met:
Access To Numbers. Each Party shall ensure that suppliers of public telecommunications services of the other Party established in its territory are afforded access to telephone numbers on a non-discriminatory basis.
