ACCESS TO RECORDS/INSPECTIONS. The Business shall, upon reasonable notice and at any time (during normal business hours), permit the Community and its representatives and the Department, its representatives or the State Auditor to examine, audit and/or copy (i) any plans and work details pertaining to the Project, (ii) all of the Business' books, records and accounts relating to the Project, and (iii) all other documentation or materials related to this Loan; the Business shall provide proper facilities for making such examination and/or inspection.

ACCESS TO RECORDS/INSPECTIONS. Awardee shall permit and allow NDDOT, its representatives, representatives of Treasury, FHWA, and/or North Dakota’s Auditor to access and examine, audit and/or copy the following, wherever located: any plans and work details pertaining to the Agreement; all of the Awardee's books, records, policies, client files, and account records; all other documentation or materials related to this Agreement; and any facility used to carry out the Project facility. Awardee shall provide proper facilities for making such examination and/or inspection of the above-mentioned records and documentation. Awardee shall not impose a charge for audit or examination of the Awardee’s information and facilities.
