Common use of Access to the Official File Clause in Contracts

Access to the Official File. 12.3.1 Subject to 12.2.2, upon reasonable notice and upon the presentation of appropriate identification, the Member or the Member's duly authorized representative shall have access to his/her Official File. The Member or his/her representative shall not remove the Official File from its designated location in the register of Members’ Official Files under 12.1.2.
