Common use of Access to Work Locations Clause in Contracts

Access to Work Locations. Authorized representatives will be granted reasonable access to the employee work locations to process grievances or contact members within the scope of representation, provided prior approval is granted by the department head, and provided such access does not unduly interfere with normal operations or with safety or security requirements.
