Access to Worksites. Representatives of the exclusive representative shall have reasonable access to worksites and school facilities to investigate teacher complaints, communicate with members, hold meetings, and conduct other business. Upon arrival, the exclusive representative will follow visitor check- in procedures. Such visits shall not interrupt normal work responsibilities. If a meeting is requested by the School District in which a member needs representation by the exclusive representative during student contact time, the School District will allow the exclusive representative access to the worksite.
