Common use of Accommodation and catering Clause in Contracts

Accommodation and catering. The Contractor will be responsibility for the provision of accommodation to his personnel – the Employer does not provide accommodation. The Contractor or any of his employees or subcontractors will be allowed to use the Employer’s dining facilities. The Contractor or any of his employees or subcontractors may also buy take away meals from the fast foods outlet on Site. Lunch time is from 12:00 to 12:30. The Contractor shall provide everything else necessary for providing the Works.
