Records of Contractor. A. During the performance of this Contract and for a period of five years after completion of performance, Contractor shall maintain all records related to this Contract, in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices, including records of Contractor’s costs for performance under this Contract and records of Contractor’s Reimbursable Expenses.

Records of Contractor s Equipment Contractors must keep records of Equipment on Site including whether it is owned or hired. The records will include calibration certificates etc.:
Records of Contractor. The Federal awarding agency, Inspectors General, the Comptroller General of the United States, and the COUNTY, or any of their authorized representatives, must have the right of access to any documents, papers, or other records of the CONTRACTOR which are pertinent to the Federal award, in order to make audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcripts. The right also includes timely and reasonable access to the CONTRACTOR’S personnel for the purpose of interview and discussion related to such documents.
Records of Contractor s costs, reimbursable expenses pertaining to the Project and payments will be available to University or its authorized representative during business hours and will be retained for seven (7) years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement or until all audit, claim, and litigation matters are resolved, whichever is later, unless University otherwise instructs Contractor in writing. (Ref. Section 441.1855 of the Texas Government Code.)

  • REVIEW OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 4.2.1 The Contractor shall carefully study and compare the Contract Documents and shall immediately report in writing to the Architect and the State any error, inconsistency or omission he may discover. The Contractor shall not be liable to the State or the Architect for any damage resulting from any such errors, inconsistencies or omissions in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform no portion of the Work at any time without Contract Documents or, where required, approved Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples for such portion of the Work.
