Accommodation Rates Sample Clauses

Accommodation Rates. The Company, at its discretion, shall establish fair, reasonable and competitive base accommodation rates having due regard for the Resort’s location and conveniences, the size of the premises, and the Resort’s amenities and atmosphere. Such rates will be reviewed annually by Wintergreen Pacific LLC. The Company, in its creation of packages and special promotions and sales to group and conference business, shall have the right to offer reduced rates. Additionally, the Company shall have the right to reduce the rate of the Premises to the rate of a smaller accommodation at the Resort if there is demand for smaller accommodations and the Premises have not already been reserved for occupancy. The Company shall endeavor at all times to reserve the Premises at a rate that it feels will generate the highest possible revenue and occupancy.

Accommodation Rates. 8.1. The accommodation rates will be determined by mutual consent 8.2. The accommodation rates will be reviewed annually by the Company, and recommendations made to the Property Owner, to determine appropriate increases or adjustments. 8.3. The accommodation rate described above, does not include optional charges such as providing linens, etc. Nor does it include any agency administrative service charge which may be charged to the renter.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Rental Rates Schedules for (i) proposed rental rates on heavy construction equipment, and (ii) proposed wage rates of operating engineers. The Design-Builder firm shall certify that the proposal for rental rates and proposal for wage rates comply with the Contract Documents.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Maximum Leverage Permit, as of any fiscal quarter end, the ratio of (a) Adjusted Portfolio Equity as of such fiscal quarter end to (b) Funded Debt as of such fiscal quarter end, to be less than 5.00 to 1.00.

  • Facility Prudential is willing to consider, in its sole discretion and within limits which may be authorized for purchase by Prudential Affiliates from time to time, the purchase of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement. The willingness of Prudential to consider such purchase of Shelf Notes is herein called the “Facility”. At any time, the aggregate principal amount of Shelf Notes stated in Section 1.2, minus the aggregate principal amount of Shelf Notes purchased and sold pursuant to this Agreement prior to such time, minus the aggregate principal amount of Accepted Notes (as hereinafter defined) which have not yet been purchased and sold hereunder prior to such time, is herein called the “Available Facility Amount” at such time. NOTWITHSTANDING THE WILLINGNESS OF PRUDENTIAL TO CONSIDER PURCHASES OF SHELF NOTES BY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATES, THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO ON THE EXPRESS UNDERSTANDING THAT NEITHER PRUDENTIAL NOR ANY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATE SHALL BE OBLIGATED TO MAKE OR ACCEPT OFFERS TO PURCHASE SHELF NOTES, OR TO QUOTE RATES, SPREADS OR OTHER TERMS WITH RESPECT TO SPECIFIC PURCHASES OF SHELF NOTES, AND THE FACILITY SHALL IN NO WAY BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY PRUDENTIAL OR ANY PRUDENTIAL AFFILIATE.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.

  • Utilization Management Contractor shall maintain a utilization management program that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Health and Safety Code § 1367.01 and other requirements established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.
