Special Promotions definition

Special Promotions has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.14.
Special Promotions. For some transactions special promotional financing, payment or other terms (for example, but not in limitation, extended “free” periods, incentive interest rates on certain purchases or for limited time periods, and other promotions) may be available at Lender’s sole discretion. These special promotions will be made in writing by Lender. The purchases you make during these special promotion periods will be separately identified on your billing statement and will become part of the balance on which your interest charge and minimum monthly payment are calculated as provided in the special promotions terms disclosure. Please note, that neither the Dealer nor any other third party may alter or amend the special promotions or the terms hereof.
Special Promotions means branded or unbranded Promotions specifically promoting the Co-Branded Site.

  • Charity Tunes grants the Charity a limited nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the logo, graphic images and text provided to the Charity by Charity Tunes, for use on the Charity's website or web space, for the purposes of promoting or describing any Special Promotions or otherwise promoting sales of Charity Tunes' Products, or for identifying the Charity's website or web space as a Promotional Partner of Charity Tunes.

  • The Charity grants Charity Tunes a limited nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the Charity's logo, trademarks, graphic images and text provided to Charity Tunes by the Charity for use on the Website or in conjunction with Special Promotions.

More Definitions of Special Promotions

Special Promotions means any promotion that is not a regular Bonus;
Special Promotions means any additional promotions provided by GEM from time to time under which an Entrant is entitled to bonus or additional Entries, and/or other benefits or entitlements as GEM may determine from time to time;
Special Promotions are the promotions that Caterpillar may be at the request of the Borrower and at • Special Promotions. From time to time, special financing terms (such as extended interest-free periods, incentive interest rates for certain purchases or rentals, or other special limited- time promotions) may be available for the purchase or rental of certain items from Suppliers. These special terms shall be disclosed at the time of purchase. Purchases subject to Promotional Offers are Promotional Installment Purchases (each, an “Installment”), and are separately identified on the billing statement you will receive monthly (“Statement”). Purchases not subject to a Promotional Offer will be separately identified in your Statement and will become part of the amount on which your Ordinary Interest (as defined below) is calculated.
Special Promotions means the use of the Products as prizes (also in promotional campaigns for “special offers” or “combined selling”), promotional gadgets, promotions, gifts, etc. in order to encourage the sale of products different from the Products or used, for example, but not limited to, for collecting funds in connection with lotteries and/or point campaigns and/or to promote the image, product or activities of third parties or to be included in other products (included editorial and/or collectable products).
Special Promotions has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.14. “Specification Documentation” means documentation as specified herein, relating to technical specifications or other matters relating of this Agreement, that is delivered and agreed upon by the Parties on the Effective Date of this Agreement. “Strategic LEN Promotion” has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.07(b)(ii). “Strategic Lobby Promotion” has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.07(b)(iii). “Strategic Programs” has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.07(b). “Strategic Relationship” has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.07(b). “Subsidiary” means, with respect to any Person, (i) a corporation a majority of whose capital stock with the general voting power under ordinary circumstances to vote in the election of directors of such corporation (irrespective of whether or not, at the time, any other class or classes of securities shall have, or might have, voting power by reason of the happening of any contingency) is at the time beneficially owned by such Person, by one or more Subsidiaries of such Person or by such Person and one or more Subsidiaries thereof or (ii) any other Person (other than a corporation), including a joint venture, a general or limited partnership or a limited liability company, in which such Person, one or more Subsidiaries thereof or such Person and one or more Subsidiaries thereof, directly or indirectly, at the date of determination thereof, beneficially own a majority ownership interest entitled to vote in the election of directors, managers or trustees thereof (or other Persons performing such functions) or act as the general partner or managing member of such other Person. “Supplemental Theatre Access Fee” has the meaning assigned to it in Schedule 1. “Tax Receivable Agreement” means that certain Tax Receivable Agreement by and among National CineMedia, LLC, RCH, AMC, Cinemark Media, Cinemark, and Regal, and to be dated as of the date hereof. “Term” has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.01(a). “Territory” means the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of America and the District of Columbia. 11 Table of Contents
