Accomplishment Reports. The Subrecipient agrees to submit project activity and progress reports to the City on a monthly basis and other reports as may be required or requested by the City or HUD. Accomplishment Reports will include, as applicable, at a minimum: a. A description of the number and qualifying low to moderate income characteristics of persons or households assisted with CDBG funds to date; b. Other supportive information or documentation, as applicable; and c. Any other reports or documentation as requested by the City or HUD d. And requirements listed in section 9.2 above
Accomplishment Reports. The Subrecipient agrees to submit project activity and progress reports to the City on a monthly basis and other reports as may be required or requested by the City or HUD. Accomplishment Reports will include, as applicable, at a minimum: a. A description of construction activities undertaken during each month, through December 31, 2021. b. Other supportive information or documentation, as applicable; and c. Any other reports or documentation as requested by the City or HUD d. Any requirements listed in section 9.2 above Effective July 31, 2022, the Subrcipient shall submit an annual narrative accomplishment report to the City of Wichita’s Housing and Community Services Department, describing services provided at the Public Facility for the annual time frame July 1 through June 30, also known as the CDBG Program Year, until such time as the City of Wichita City Council approves a sale or transfer of ownership of the Public Facility.

  • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.

  • Project Reports The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Association not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Timelines a) Timelines may be extended by mutual consent of the parties. b) Working days shall be defined as Monday through Friday excluding statutory holidays. c) Disputes that arise during non-instructional days (Summer Months, Christmas Break, and March Break) will have timelines automatically extended. d) Local grievance timelines will be held in abeyance while the dispute is in the CDRP, in the event that the matter is referred back locally.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BAAM in Research Reports.

  • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter. The final report will be submitted no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the end the Programme and will be provided together with the FACE form.

  • Timeline Contractor must perform the Services and deliver the Deliverables according to the following timeline:

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Additional Reports Upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request, CONTRACTOR shall make such additional reports as required by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they affect the services hereunder. ADMINISTRATOR shall be specific as to the nature of information requested and allow up to thirty (30) calendar days for CONTRACTOR to respond.

  • Program Compliance The School Board shall be responsible for monitoring the program to provide technical assistance and to ensure program compliance.
