Account and Registration. You may not use the Application or the Materials and may not accept the terms of this Agreement if you are a person barred from using or accessing an Application similar to this Application or using or accessing materials and documents similar to the Materials, under the applicable laws of Canada or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Application and/or the Materials. If you are using the Application and/or the Materials on behalf of an entity, such as a legal dependent, you represent and warrant that you have authority to do so. All references to "you" in the Agreement refer to your use of the Application and/or Materials on behalf of that entity. Use of the Application and/or the Materials through your credentials is for your use by you only. You must not make the Application and/or the Materials available to any other person or entity or allow any other person or entity to access and/or use the Application and/or Materials using your credentials.

If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify us.
Account and Registration. Prior to using one or more of the Services, Geoearnings may require certain information (“Registration Data”) to create an Account. Failure to provide all accurate, true and precise data required to create an Account may prevent access to any or all Services. Failure to maintain the Registration Data furnished by You up to date, accurate, current and complete shall be deemed a breach of these T&Cs, which may result in suspension or termination of Your access to or use of the Services according to Section 4 hereunder.
2.1.1. Notwithstanding the above, You further acknowledge that the Geoearnings Platform contains user activity tracking devices for the purpose of assisting Geoearnings optimization of the Services. Your access to or otherwise use of the Platform is construed as Your express acceptance of such.

The Customer shall create an Account at the Site or Gomibo Platform in order to be able to retrieve and provide general information, retrieve and provide payment information, download invoices and bills, check order information, access insights and other relevant information, and allow access to and use of Gomibo Services during the duration of the Agreement.
3. The Customer guarantees that all information provided in the Account is complete, accurate and truthful at any time. The Customer shall keep the login information for its Account secure, and provide this information on a need-to-know basis to its organization. The Customer is responsible for all activities that take place on their Account.
4. The Customer shall not use the Gomibo Materials, nor create an Account at the Site or Gomibo Platform, for the purpose of performing Criminal Activities or if the Customer fails to meet the Customer Acceptance criteria specified by Xxxxxx. The Customer Acceptance criteria can be requested by sending an email to xxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx or xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xx.
5. The Customer is under any circumstances responsible for all orders made from the Customer's Account at the Site, Gomibo Platform, API-services or via any other Gomibo IT Products and Services, including but not limited to the event that orders are made fraudulently outside the will or sight of the Customer.
6. The Customer shall check every order confirmation received from Gomibo to detect fraudulent orders immediately.
7. In the event of fraudulent orders, the Customer must immediately report this in writing to Xxxxxx. In such an event, The Customer is responsible for recovering the Gomibo Goods and Services. Fraudulent orders from the Customer’s Account do not discharge the Customer from the Payment obligations towards Gomibo.
