Account Deletion. If you choose to delete your Account, your Account Content shall be removed from the App. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that Lightricks may continue to retain, access, process, distribute, host, translate, reproduce, edit, publicly perform, publicly display, create derivative works of, and otherwise use your Account Content indefinitely in the following cases: if you have shared your Account Content in accordance with the App functionality and this Agreement, and/or if Lightricks has displayed your Account Content in the App, Xxxxxxxxxx’ social media channels, Lightricks’ products, or it is included in third-party or print content, etc.
Account Deletion. If you would like to terminate your activity on Techprio and permanently delete your account and User details, you have a right to request Techprio’s Support Team to delete your account and all the data associated with it. We will not store the data you provided on Techprio during the period of your activity and will delete your account permanently. Account Deletion. Provided you have no active Events posted on the Services, you may terminate your Organization Account anytime by going to "Manage Organization" then "Delete My Organization." However, if You have an active or upcoming booking or have and outstanding balance on your account then You cannot delete your account until there's no active or upcoming booking and there is no outstanding balance on your account. Although your account will be deleted from the App, your booking and transactions history will be retained in our database in case a dispute may arise in the future.
