Fair use of the Services. The Services are subject to fair use by you. Xxxxxx will ensure that you do not disrupt the use of other users of the Services. Xxxxxx will prevent Noisy Neighbours and will generally limit the ability of you to adversely affect other users and other Customers. Noisy Neighbor means you and/or a user that monopolizes bandwidth, disk I/O, CPU and other resources, and may negatively affect other users' cloud performance. If Xxxxxx, in its sole discretion determines that you are a Noisy Neighbour Xxxxxx may, and Xxxxxx reserves the right to temporarily limit your use of the Services. Xxxxxx will attempt to contact you prior to any corrective action. Any action by Xxxxxx to address a Noisy Neighbour and any disruption to your Services is excluded from the SLA for the Services.
