Accounts with Minors. 6.1 We may (but shall not be obliged to) allow your application to operate a Joint Account on a joint basis with a Minor, subject always to the following:

Accounts with Minors. A minor (under the age of 18) is allowed to open a single membership account, which may include: a share account, clubs, share certificates, CU eStatements, Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Trademark Audio. A minor Member may not have a checking account, debit card or Bill Pay unless he or she has a joint membership account with an adult. This adult Joint Owner must be primarily liable to the Credit Union for any returned item(s), overdraft(s), unpaid charges and/or fees. The Credit Union may make payment of funds directly to a Member who is under 18 years of age without regard to his or her minority status.

The Credit Union may make payment of funds directly to a Member who is under 18 years of age without regard to his or her minority status.

  • Linked Accounts All accounts with the Bank that you enroll in a service will be linked by the tax identification numbers of the persons authorized to access the account. The linked accounts will appear together without regard to the ownership of the accounts. For example, if an authorized user of a linked account accesses the Service, that authorized user will be able to view and access at a single time the following accounts: • the accounts of the business for which that person is an authorized user; • the accounts of any other business for which that person is an authorized user; and • any consumer accounts for which the person is a co-owner or authorized signer.

  • Account Access Electronic Check Transactions may only be made from your checking account.

  • Agreements with Subcontractors Business Associate shall enter into a Business Associate Agreement with any Subcontractor to whom it provides PHI received from Covered Entity or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of Covered Entity in which the Subcontractor agrees to the same restrictions and conditions that apply through this Agreement to Business Associate with respect to such PHI. Business Associate must enter into this Business Associate Agreement before any use by or disclosure of PHI to such agent. The written agreement must identify Covered Entity as a direct and intended third party beneficiary with the right to enforce any breach of the agreement concerning the use or disclosure of PHI. Business Associate shall provide a copy of the Business Associate Agreement it enters into with a subcontractor to Covered Entity upon request. Business associate may not make any disclosure of PHI to any Subcontractor without prior written consent of Covered Entity.

  • Joint Accounts If any of your accounts accessed under this Agreement are joint accounts, all joint owners, including any authorized users, shall be bound by this Agreement and, alone and together, shall be responsible for all EFT transactions to or from any share and share draft or loan accounts as provided in this Agreement. Each joint account owner, without the consent of any other account owner, may, and is hereby authorized by every other joint account owner, make any transaction permitted under this Agreement. Each joint account owner is authorized to act for the other account owners, and the Credit Union may accept orders and instructions regarding any EFT transaction on any account from any joint account owner.

  • Access to Accounts By enrolling in the Mobile Banking service, you certify you are an owner, joint owner or custodian on the accounts represented in your enrollment. You understand that all owners of your accounts or anyone with whom you share your Access code or any access code will be an Authorized User, and that authority will be considered unlimited in amount and manner with full authority to perform all transactions relating to the stated accounts, until you notify the Credit Union, in writing of the revocation of such authority. You agree that you are and will remain fully responsible for any transactions made by such persons on your accounts except transactions that occur after the Credit Union has been notified of any revocation of authority and has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon such notice.

  • Deposit Accounts Neither Borrower nor any Subsidiary shall maintain any Deposit Accounts, or accounts holding Investment Property, except with respect to which Lender has an Account Control Agreement.
