Accrual Schedule. Vacation time shall be earned in one (1) calendar year and taken in the subsequent calendar year according to the following schedule: Beginning after 1 year of service 2 weeks vacation Beginning after 4 years of service 3 weeks vacation Beginning after 10 years of service 4 weeks vacation Beginning after 15 years of service 5 weeks vacation Beginning after 20 years of service 6 weeks vacation
