Common use of Accrual Schedule Clause in Contracts

Accrual Schedule. Each regular full-time employee shall be entitled to accrue vacation credit based upon the full-time FTE in accordance with the following schedule. Regular part-time employees will accrue pro-rated vacation credits based upon the part-time FTE. Vacation credit shall be expressed and accrued at the hourly rates shown. Vacation days are eight (8) hours for those working eighty (80) hours per biweekly pay period and seven and one half (7-1/2) hours for those working seventy-five (75) hours per biweekly pay period.
