Accrued Vacation and Sick Pay. The Executive shall be entitled to receive, in accordance with the Bank's standard employment policies in effect as of the date of this Agreement (or such more favorable policies as exist on the date of such termination), payment for all accrued and unpaid vacation and sick days.
