Vacations and Sick Leave. The Executive shall be entitled to paid annual vacation leave in accordance with the policies as established from time to time by the Board of Directors, which shall in no event be less than four weeks per annum. The Executive shall also be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as established by the Board for senior management employees of the Bank. The Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Bank for failure to take a vacation or sick leave, nor shall he be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave from one year to the next; provided, however, such Executive may carry forward from year to year a maximum of ten days of unused vacation leave.

Vacations and Sick Leave. During the Term of Employment, the Employee shall be entitled to reasonable vacation and reasonable sick leave each year, in accordance with policies of the Company and the Operating Company, as determined by their respective Boards of Directors, provided, however, that the Employee shall be entitled to a minimum of four weeks vacation per year.
Vacations and Sick Leave. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation annually to be taken in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy in effect from time to time and at such time or times as may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and Executive; provided, however, that if for any reason Executive does not take the full four (4) weeks’ vacation in any given year, Executive shall be entitled to accrue and carry over such vacation time according to the policy established by the Company. Executive shall also be entitled to sick leave according to the sick leave policy which the Company many adopt from time to time.

Vacations and Sick Leave. A. Annual Leave (Vacation). 1. Annual leave time shall accrue at the rate established by law as follows: a. From one full pay period through 10 years of employment at the rate of 15 working days per year. b. After 10 years through 15 years of employment at the rate of 18 working days per year. c. After 15 years through 20 years of employment at the rate of 21 working days per year. d. After twenty 20 years of employment at the rate of 24 working days per year. 2. There shall be no annual leave granted until the employee has worked continuously for a period of six calendar months. 3. Permanent part-time employees are entitled to pro-rated annual vacation benefits if they have worked the qualifying period. Temporary employees, either full or part time, are entitled to pro-rated annual vacation benefits retroactively if the temporary employee is subsequently hired into a permanent position without a break in service or is continuously employed longer than six months. 4. The amount of annual leave permitted to accrue past the beginning of a new calendar year shall be two times the rate of days earned annually. 5. Annual leave time earned but not used at the time of termination shall be paid the employee at his/her regular permanent classification and salary grade rate. B. Vacation time shall be granted for the time requested insofar as possible and shall be scheduled with the supervisor sufficiently in advance so that the employer will be able to control the work flow and scheduling of work assignments. In case of conflict in scheduling vacation for employees, if the conflict arises more than 30 days prior to the intended leave usage, seniority shall govern. Priority for annual leave requests within 30 days of the intended usage shall be determined on a first-request basis, rather than seniority. Leave of Absence Request Forms shall be used for requesting vacation. X. Xxxx leave will be governed according to Montana Operations Manual, Sick Leave Policy.
Vacations and Sick Leave. (a) Full time and part time workers employed prior to August 31st in any year of this agreement, for one year or more, shall receive two continuous weeks’ vacation with full pay, and for six months or more, shall receive one continuous week’s vacation for six months’ employment and one continuous additional day’s vacation for each additional month’s employment, but not exceed­ ing two week’s vacation, with full pay, during July or August of each such year of this agreement, at a time designated by the Employer after consultation with the workers. (b) The term “ full pay” as used herein, shall be computed in each year on the basis of the respective worker’s average total weekly earnings during the prior calendar year or the proportion thereof worked, and such computation shall be made from such worker’s appropriate W-2 form (excluding bonuses, and in the case of managers, also excluding sums received as commissions based on percentage of store volume), except in the case of workers who entered the employ after July 1st of the prior year, in which case the term “ full pay” as used herein, shall be computed on the basis of the respective worker’s average total weekly earnings during the six months prior to June 30th or the proportion thereof worked. (c) Full time workers employed for ten years, or more, prior to January 1st in any year of this agreement shall receive an additional continuous week’s vacation with full pay in each such year of this agreement, so that they shall receive three weeks’ vacation with full pay during each such year of this agreement. The third week’s vacation shall be given at any time during the respec­ tive calendar year at a time designated by the Employer after consultation with the workers; the Employer shall give the workers at least sixty days’ prior notice of the time designated for such third week’s vacation. In the event that any worker who has qualified for his third week’s vacation, leaves his position or is discharged or dismissed prior to receiving the third week’s vacation for that year, then, nevertheless, such worker shall receive his full third week’s vacation pay at the time he either leaves his position or is discharged or dismissed. (d) In the event that any worker who has been employed for six months or more, leaves his position or is discharged or dismissed prior to the vacation period for that year, or during the vacation period but without having received his vacation for that year, then, nevertheless, such w...
