The Accrued Wages clause defines the employer's obligation to pay an employee for all wages earned up to a specific date, typically the termination or resignation date. This includes regular salary, overtime, and any other earned compensation that has not yet been paid. By specifying that all outstanding wages must be settled, the clause ensures employees receive fair compensation for work performed and helps prevent disputes over unpaid earnings at the end of employment.
Accrued Wages. On any termination of Employee’s employment, the Company will pay to Employee (or Employee’s legal representatives) any accrued but unpaid wages due to Employee.

Accrued Wages. On any termination of Executive’s employment, the Company will pay to Executive (or Executive’s legal representatives) any accrued but unpaid wages due to Executive.
