Accumulation of Annual Leave. An employee may, with the prior written approval of the Bank, accumulate part of his Annual Leave for a period not exceeding three (3) years for the purposes of going overseas (for this purpose Singapore is deemed to be overseas) or to perform a pilgrimage, subject to the following conditions:-
