Annual Leave must be exhausted prior to any use of Healthcare Leave or Vacation Leave, except employees with Annual Leave balances and with ten (10) years of continuous full-time County service (20,800 regularly scheduled hours) may elect to use a maximum of forty (40) Vacation hours during the fiscal year for approved time off. C. During the ninety (90) day period beginning thirty (30) days after the adoption of this MOU, employees will have a one-time opportunity to convert Annual Leave that has been accumulated prior to the implementation of this MOU to Healthcare Leave.
