Common use of Accumulation of Credit Clause in Contracts

Accumulation of Credit. Sick leave is earned in accordance with State minimum requirements at the rate of 1-1/4 days per month of employment, or fifteen (15) days per year, except that the requirements of H.B. 153 regarding the sick leave accrual rate for substitutes and as-needed seasonal employees shall govern.
