Accumulation of Sick Leave The unused portion of an Employee's sick leave shall accrue for her future benefit, up to a maximum of one hundred and thirty (130) days.
Accumulation of Seniority The seniority of an employee shall continue to accrue during an absence due to:
Accumulation Vacation time shall be earned and accumulated on a monthly basis in accordance with the following schedules:
Accumulation of Vacation Vacation leave may be accumulated to any amount provided that once during each fiscal year, each supervisor's accumulation must be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours or less. If this is not accomplished on or before the last day of the fiscal year, the amount of vacation shall automatically be reduced to two hundred seventy-five (275) hours at the end of the fiscal year. Supervisors on a Military Leave under Appendix I shall earn vacation leave as though actually employed, without regard to the maximum accumulation set forth above. Vacation earned in excess of the maximum accumulation shall be taken within two (2) years of the date the supervisor returns from the Military Leave.
Accumulation of Annual Leave A. During the first three (3) years of employment, a regular or limited term employee shall earn approximately five (5) hours and fifty-one (51) minutes of annual leave during each eighty (80) hour pay period (approximately one hundred fifty-two [152] hours per year), or a prorated amount for any pay period in which the employee is paid for less than eighty (80) hours.
Accumulative All employees shall be entitled to ten (10) sick leave days each school/work year and all employees employed for twelve (12) months shall be entitled to twelve (12) sick leave days each school/work year, as of the first official day of said school year whether or not they report for duty on that day. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit.
Aggregation of Stock All shares of Registrable Securities held or acquired by Affiliates shall be aggregated together for the purpose of determining the availability of any rights under this Agreement and such Affiliated persons may apportion such rights as among themselves in any manner they deem appropriate.
Notification of Accumulation Employees shall be given a written accounting of accumulated sick leave days no later than June 30 of each school year.
Accumulation of Leave ESL is cumulative to a maximum of thirty (30) working days (240 hours), after which time no additional leave may be earned until the leave balance is reduced through use of leave hours. An employee cannot have more than 240 hours of ESL credit in the bank at any time. The maximum ESL balance shall be pro-rated for employees who regularly work less than forty (40) hours per week.
Calculation of Service 25.7 For purposes of calculating continuous service and active service, a year shall be deemed to consist of two hundred and sixty-one (261) working days.
