Accumulation of Sick Leave. The unused portion of an Employee's sick leave shall accrue for her future benefit, up to a maximum of one hundred and thirty (130) days.
Accumulation of Sick Leave. All employees upon the completion of the equivalent of sixty-five (65) hours of employment shall be entitled to accumulate one (1) hour of sick leave with pay for each fifteen (15) hours of employment cumulative from the first day of employment to a maximum of 260 hours of sick leave.

Regular full-time employees shall accumulate sick leave at the rate of one (1) day (eight [8] hours) for each month in which an employee is in pay status for eighty (80) non- overtime hours in a calendar month. Full-time employees who are in pay status for less than eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month and regular part-time employees shall receive sick leave accumulation on a pro rata basis, based upon the hours in pay status in each calendar month, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours in a month.

Accumulation of Sick Leave. 1. For the purpose of this Section, each biweekly pay period for which a full-time employee receives his or her full biweekly salary shall be considered the equivalent of eighty (80) regularly scheduled paid hours.
2. During the first three (3) years of employment, an employee shall earn .0347 hours of sick leave with pay for each paid hour in a regularly scheduled workweek or period to a maximum of eighty (80) hours in a pay period (approximately seventy-two [72] hours per year).
3. After an employee has been paid for six thousand two hundred forty (6240) regularly scheduled hours, approximately three (3) years, the employee shall earn .0462 hours of sick leave with pay for each paid hour in a regularly scheduled work period to a maximum of eighty (80) hours in a pay period (approximately ninety-six [96] hours per year).
4. Xxxx leave earned shall be added to the employee's sick leave accumulation account upon the completion of the pay period, with no credit to be applied during the progress of the pay period or for a portion of the pay period during which the employee terminates County service.
5. Employees may only accumulate up to a maximum of 1500 hours of sick leave.

2. After an employee has been paid for six thousand two hundred forty (6240) regularly scheduled hours, approximately three (3) years, the employee shall earn .0462 hours of Sick Leave with pay for each paid hour in a regularly scheduled work period to a maximum of eighty (80) hours in a pay period (approximately twelve [12] days per year).
3. Xxxx Leave earned shall be added to the employee’s Sick Leave accumulation account upon the completion of the pay period, with no credit to be applied during the progress of the pay period or for a portion of the pay period during which the employee terminates County service.
4. Except as required by law, extra help employees shall not earn Sick Leave.
Accumulation of Sick Leave. Unused sick leave is accumulated on an unlimited basis. Unused personal leave shall be added annually to the unused sick leave account.
Accumulation of Sick Leave. 1. An Employee may accumulate the sick leave the Employee earns. The unused sick leave accumulated shall be credited to the Employee's account for subsequent use in the event of a sickness. Such unused sick leave may be accumulated without limitation.
2. Sick leave shall be administered on a calendar year basis and recorded at the end of each calendar year. After the end of each year, the appointing authority will furnish each Employee with a statement of the sick leave credit remaining as of December 31.
Accumulation of Sick Leave. Sick leave may accrue and be accumulated and carried over from year to year, provided, however, that sick leave may only be accumulated up to a maximum amount of 1500 hours. At the end of each calendar year, any member having sick leave in excess of the maximum allowable amount (i.e. 1500 hours) will be paid at the rate of fifty (50%) for these excess hours.
Accumulation of Sick Leave. Xxxx leave may be accumulated up to nine hundred sixty (960) hours for permanent employees. Upon termination or retirement following five (5) continuous years of active employment in a permanent position with the Port, qualified employees shall be compensated for fifty percent (50%) of their unused sick leave (within the 960 hour limit) at the rate of pay at termination. The fifty percent (50%) accumulated sick leave payoff is payable to the employee's spouse or other designated beneficiary in the event of an employee's death. One hundred percent (100%) of an employee’s accumulated sick leave (within the 960-hour limit) is payable to the employee’s spouse or other designated beneficiary in the event of an employee’s death in the line of duty.
