Accumulation of Untaken Personal Leave. (a) Upon commencement of employment, and until such time as an employee has accrued a Minimum Personal Leave Bank of 152 hours, all untaken personal leave shall accrue towards building a Minimum Personal Leave Bank. (b) When an employee has accumulated 152 hours of untaken personal leave the employee shall have accumulated a Minimum Personal Leave Bank.
